How We Approach Each Session
Every Estora session begins from the same foundation: we are educators, not advisors. Our role is to provide structure, context, and company — not to tell families what to decide. Sessions are paced gently, materials are designed to be used at home, and facilitators are trained to hold space rather than fill it.

SESSION ONE
Memory & Records Workshop
฿3,700 per person · includes all materials
A gentle group session on gathering family stories, photographs, and documents into a clear, lasting collection. Educational and organisational, with no individual guidance. Participants leave with a Keepsake Template and a Document Checklist tailored for families based in Thailand.
What this session covers:
- Which documents families typically need to locate and organise
- How to create a simple, lasting family records system
- How to preserve family photographs and handwritten materials
- What a keepsake collection looks like and how to build one
Session format:
Welcome & orientation — introductions, session objectives, pre-reading review (approx. 20 min)
Document landscape — an educational overview of the types of documents most families need (approx. 45 min)
Organising framework — introducing and working through the Estora Keepsake Template together (approx. 40 min)
Questions & closing — open discussion and next steps (approx. 15 min)
SESSION TWO
Open Conversation Session
฿12,500 per session · private family groups available
A facilitated workshop providing kind, structured ways for families to talk through wishes and intentions together. Centred on communication, never on legal or financial decisions. Includes conversation cards and a family discussion guide. Can be arranged as a private session for a single family on request.
What this session supports:
- Framing difficult conversations in a calm, structured way
- Understanding how families typically communicate wishes and intentions
- Using the Estora Conversation Card deck to open topics at home
- Cultural considerations for Thai and cross-cultural families
Session format:
Setting the scene — why these conversations matter, what makes them feel difficult (approx. 20 min)
Conversation frameworks — educational overview of approaches families use (approx. 40 min)
Card practice — working through selected conversation prompts in the group (approx. 40 min)
Reflection & next steps — taking the conversation home (approx. 20 min)
SESSION THREE
Keepsake Membership
฿29,500 per year · 12 months full access
A year of curated resources, organising templates, and supportive general-topic community sessions. A caring space for ongoing learning, with no advice provided. Members receive session recordings, a growing library of downloadable materials, and access to a private community space throughout the year.
Membership includes:
- Monthly community sessions (general educational topics)
- Full Estora template and resource library
- Recordings of all live sessions
- Priority booking for Memory & Records and Open Conversation sessions
- Email Q&A access (general questions, no advice)
How it works:
Join — enrol online or in person and receive your welcome pack immediately
Access — log in to the member area for resources, recordings, and community updates each month
Attend — join community sessions live or watch recordings at your convenience
Renew — continue at the same rate, or step down to individual sessions whenever you like

Trained Facilitators
Our team undergoes regular facilitation training with a focus on sensitive subjects, emotional pacing, and cultural awareness.
Reviewed Content
Templates and materials are reviewed every six months to keep them current and relevant to families in Thailand.
Language Accessibility
Standard sessions in English. Thai-language facilitation available on arrangement for all sessions and membership support.
