These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Estora website and your participation in any of our educational workshops, conversation sessions, or membership programme. Please read them carefully. By accessing our website or enrolling in any workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any supplementary documents incorporated by reference.
  • "Estora" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Estora, a family records education organisation with its principal place of business at 248 Mahidol Road, Pa Daet, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
  • "Service" means any educational workshop, facilitated conversation session, membership programme, digital resource, or content made available through our website or premises.
  • "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a Service.
  • "Content" means all text, materials, templates, recordings, and resources provided as part of any Service.
  • "Website" means the Estora website accessible at estorasd.pro and any associated pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing the Website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  • Where you are registering on behalf of a family group, you confirm you have authority to bind the other participants to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website or enrol in any Service.

3. Service Description

Estora provides general-education workshops and organisational resources focused on family records, personal documents, and family communication. Our current Services are:

Memory & Records Workshop — ฿3,700

A group session focused on gathering and organising family stories, photographs, and documents. Educational in nature; no individual guidance is provided.

Open Conversation Session — ฿12,500

A facilitated workshop supporting families in discussing wishes and intentions together. Centred on communication skills; no legal or financial decisions are made.

Keepsake Membership — ฿29,500 per year

An annual membership providing curated educational resources, organising templates, and community sessions. No personal advice is provided.

Services are available in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and may be offered online at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment & Registration

To enrol in a Service, you must complete our enquiry or registration process accurately and in full. You are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful and current contact information.
  • Keeping any account credentials confidential.
  • Notifying us promptly of any change to your details.

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Estora. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our reasonable discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Website or attending a Service, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully toward facilitators and other participants at all times.
  • Use any materials, templates, or resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Not record sessions without the prior written consent of Estora and all participants.
  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute Content to third parties outside your immediate family.
  • Not use our Website or Content for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content through our Website.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content — including workshop materials, templates, checklists, conversation guides, and website text — is the property of Estora or its content suppliers and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.

Upon enrolment and payment, Estora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for personal and family organisational purposes during the term of your enrolment. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute Content for commercial gain.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our Content without prior written consent.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any Service.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or may be transferred to a future date at our discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of access.
  • If Estora cancels a session, a full refund or an equivalent rescheduled session will be offered.

8. Workshop-Specific Terms

Our workshops are educational in nature. The following apply to all sessions:

  • Participation is voluntary; no participant is required to share personal information beyond what they choose.
  • Materials provided (templates, checklists, guides) are for organisational reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
  • Facilitators are educators, not licensed advisors; nothing discussed in any session should be relied upon as professional guidance.
  • Membership includes access to recorded sessions and downloadable materials for the duration of the active membership year.
  • Estora reserves the right to modify session content, dates, or formats with reasonable advance notice.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services and Website are provided on an "as available" basis. Estora makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any Content for your particular circumstances.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or online materials.
  • Any specific personal, organisational, or family outcome arising from attendance.

Nothing in our workshops, materials, or correspondence constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should seek independent, qualified professional guidance for your individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Estora's total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Service.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, documents, or records.
  • Decisions made in reliance on workshop Content or materials.
  • Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disaster, civil unrest, or government action.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estora, its facilitators, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of any Content, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may end a Service arrangement by giving written notice. Estora may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you:

  • Breach any provision of this Agreement.
  • Engage in conduct that disrupts workshops or harms other participants.

Upon termination, your licence to use Content ends immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to:

  1. First attempt informal resolution by contacting Estora at [email protected] with a written summary of the concern.
  2. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, proceed to mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed third party in Chiang Mai.
  3. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Estora regarding the Website and Services.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Failure by either party to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent. Estora may assign rights in connection with a business transfer.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed. Where revisions are material, we will endeavour to notify registered participants by email. Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
